Position Overview
The Design & Media Specialist plays a key role in supporting our design team during customer “choices” appointments, maintaining our showroom, and creating visual and marketing materials. This position blends creativity, organization, and customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist our Interior Designer and Design Consultant during customer selections and final selections appointments
- Maintain and organize showroom displays
- Keep samples, materials, and selections up to date
- Manage and update the materials database
- Capture final project photos for documentation and marketing
- Help create marketing materials such as brochures, magazines, and visual content
- Complete customer agreements and related paperwork
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Some Experiance in Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with customers in a professional setting
- Interest in design, home improvement, marketing, or decorating preferred
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn design tools
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
