This final phase gives our team and the homeowner a chance to confirm the completed work, review product information, discuss care instructions, and document the finished transformation.

The end of a remodel is an important transition. Your space is complete, but there are still details to review before the project is officially closed.
A final walkthrough confirms that the finished work has been reviewed by the crew and the service manager. It also gives homeowners the opportunity to ask questions, understand how to care for the materials used, and discuss any service items that may need attention.
When the job ends, the crew reviews the project with the service manager. From there, the service manager schedules a final walk-through with the homeowner.
During this appointment, Clazak reviews the completed project and provides the final invoice breakdown. The homeowner also receives a care book that includes important information about the remodel, such as:
Materials used
Warranty information
Cleaning instructions
Product manuals
Faucet and accessory details
Care recommednations for finishes and surfaces
This meeting is also when the final check is collected. If any service items are needed, the service manager schedules them at this time.
Once everything is fully completed, the service manager finalizes the project in Clazak’s system.
During the final walkthrough, the team reviews the finished space with you and makes sure you feel comfortable with the completed project. This visit may include:
Double-checking finish details
Reviewing the overall installation
Answering care and maintenance questions
Discussing any remaining service needs
Confirming you have the information needed to care for your space
After the project is completely finished, the designer schedules a separate final photos appointment. This visit is used to deliver the Clazak gift, take final photos of the project, and celebrate the completed transformation.
