Cabinet Shop Tech

The Cabinet Shop Technician will be responsible for the fabrication and assembly of custom cabinetry and millwork in a shop environment. This role demands attention to detail and a willingness to learn. While prior experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who shows potential and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

• Cut, assemble, and finish custom cabinetry according to shop drawings and specifications.
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery including saws, sanders, and routers (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with shop leads and project teams to meet production goals.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and prepping materials for delivery or installation.

Qualifications
Experience in woodworking or cabinet making is recommended but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Ability to read measurements, use hand tools, and follow instructions is essential. A positive attitude and willingness to grow within the company are highly valued.
